I logged off the beta and came here to read this thread. It was more enjoyable than the beta.

Our tank combo is Brewmaster (Me) and DK. AOE Grip macro set to target my Ox Statue is extremely fun synergy.

Gameplay is so manly right now. Ridiculous overextending all-in bullshit left and right due to execute pushing combined with no fear of junglers.

If you are a 25man tank, you'll need some stamina. If you are a 10man tank, go full haste and ram your forehead into the keyboard with all due rapidity.

Knees too sharp; Would not bone. To the other topic, every tank is fine right now. Paladins and Monks have slight edges, but it's nothing that bottlenecks progression any. From listening to bad players bitch about monk tanks, they sound like they're the easiest to play poorly, but...

It's amusing on Windwalker Monk. Fist of Fury cooldown evaporates. Of course, at this point in ilvl, there's no reason to actually cast Fist of Fury in PVE. Would be moderately amusing to see someone wearing the old 2pc tier that dropped the cooldown by 10s, and the Assurance.

I look forward to paying for EQN beta in 2026.

Not at some points in WOTLK raiding. Armor Penetration was fucking idiotic before they nerfed it, and Warrior went a tier with next to no ArPen on Plate, so mongling Leather or Mail ArPen gear worked out for them.

I do not like the gear adjusting to your spec thing. What the bad math folks at Blizzard think are the best stats for your spec rarely are.

If you don't have a raid spot picked out for you before you level one (taunt, blow your long cooldown defensives, let next warrior in line take over whee), is there any point in playing a Warrior in current era EQ, or do the Mercs and Pet Groups pretty much invalidate non-raid Warrior? I assume...

I wouldn't hold your breath for resource-denial becoming a primary thing. Modern CCG design has pretty much lumped that in the "Focus Groups Cry" category of shit that will always be overcosted and bad unless design fucks up//desperately needs to sell a set.
