Or, you can group bash until VR1 then torch dungeon / world boss grind group, I did VR1 -> VR2 in 2 hours.

Quest haters will have a lot of pain and sadness when they'll figure how VR leveling works. Max level isn't 50, in fact there isn't any "level 50" besides having an achievement, you go from level 49 -> VR1, ready to groupfarm Torch Dungeons / World Bosses with Lemmings stylek or do other...

I don't think there is any need for a ESO's Elitist Jerks right now, there is no real competitive endgame PvE content with guild progress and leveling isn't really hard if you can read what your skills do. Tamriel Foundry is most of the time bad, lots of Esohead calculator shitposters who know...

PvE wise you can do almost anything viable. Some AoE oriented specs would level faster, but most of the time you're good to go with anything. PvP wise, well, there isn't much we know right now, besides beta weekends. It also depends if you wanna play group oriented, or wanna be a lone wanderer...

I'm just gonna leave it there : itwouldseem ZOS policy regarding account sharing to race world firsts (lvl50, VR10, etc) is quite harsh and final, if you catch my drift.

Pryda most likely did it the same way that other French guy did to get lvl 50 in 17h : ring of mara powered group, bashing NPC camps and moving on. Also regarding Pryda exploiting or not, he livestreamed his entire leveling on Twitch, therefore I would assume he's pretty legit.

It works because you still have people here complaining about ads.

Right now TESO is in honeymoon mode with players (no massive downtimes, no server login limbo, less bugs than beta, etc) but I'm expecting a lot of people getting quite pissed when they figure out both RvR (90 days campaigns, massive pop imbalance, etc) and endgame PvE (where is Craglorn ?)...

Where does it say that ? Not that I'm gonna say it's Hero Engine or not, but I don't think I've seen it written.
