    Hearthstone

I don't think mage will be hurt in the slightest; the rest of their class picks at common are still crazy balls good. Losing chugger and torch and such doesn't really mean much when you common picks are still frostbolt/fireball/poly/flamestrike etc. Warriors do feel a fair bit better now though...

That's....actually pretty fucking surprising. Last couple CPU generations the gap between an i5 and an i7 in terms of fps was typically like 5-10 frames at most, but some of those numbers in that post are crazy.

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Warriors are unstoppable damage gods lategame. Sure, they don't offer the CC that a mage does, but once you build them up with willpower/bodybuilding enough to get pretty immune to CC and they can charge in + throw their rain of blows thing it oneshots I think actually every enemy? My warrior...

I don't know how or if they deal with it on a mass scale, but I'd imagine their stance is something along the lines of feedback etc etc. I stopped buying mtg anything on Ebay years ago (even when I was still playing for real) because it's such a shit hole.

Their buyer protection is pretty decent yea, but it's in terms of you either getting your product or getting your money back mostly. They aren't really going to care if some dude says "oh oops I don't have enough product to fill all these, here's your money back", regardless of if he turns...

It's not about power level, it's about having some manner of consistency to it so you can try and have a semblance of strategy while building your deck, rather than just lol curve and dump all my mana every turn.

I don't understand removing dunemaul and windspeaker from shaman at all, but otherwise this mostly looks fine? Mage and rogue lose a couple of their better cards, other classes all largely have chaff cut from them.

Unless you absolutely have to play Bloodborne or Uncharted right now don't buy a ps4 at all, cause there ain't much else to do with it currently. Wait for the Pro 2 or whatever they make next so you can play Bloodborne at 60fps.

    Hearthstone

I actually am running a highmane in addition to yshaarj right now and it feels a lot more reliable. I don't think it's a tier 1 deck or anything, but it amuses me to run a nearly minionless list that has a 1/3 chance of collecting some sweet sweet salty tears when they think I luck sacked them...

They've spoiled some pretty good energy generators so far, so seems like there should be support enough for it for it to be competitive. Vehicle viability is going to depend entirely on how much thopter/token generation is available I'd wager. I can't really see many scenarios where you'd be...

    Hearthstone

The hunter Barnes deck is actually pretty interesting. It's got the nuts Barnes draw for a likely win on like turn 5 and you typically want to mull exclusively for Barnes or tracking to find Barnes. But even outside the combo, playing with near 0 minions makes a lot of dead cards for your...

Their entire cosmetic system is fucking aids these days and I won't partake in it. Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, ...)

I'm stuck working while others got to go, such is life. Radditsu, it could be storage speed, depends on what you're using. If your replication environment isn't on a SAN or other high end storage and is just writing to local disks you could easily be hitting a chokepoint there. Do you see this...

The online play is indeed butt cancer. I still play once a week at a local LAN place with some homies, but I just cannot stand the online grind. Single PC House?

HDMI won't really be an issue, it's good for at least 50ft with just a single cable, sometimes up to 100ft depending on the signal you are sending. Gaming at 1080p/60fps should be doable with hdmi 2.0 or higher up to 100ft without much trouble. Trying to do anything more than that though, say...

I like the part where he says running cable isn't an option and you recommend he runs cable to it. What's he supposed to do, just drape the cable across the lawn? Being a cunt aside, getting a wire run out to the garage is honestly your best option unfortunately. As above, powerline stuff is...

    Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, ...)

You're vmotioning VMs between physical datacenters? Madness I say! Anyway, you positive all the nodes you are using have 10g links on them, and the 10g links are the nics assigned for vmotion and management traffic? Our nodes for example have 10g pci nics in them, but that connects to storage...

Roguelikes - which did you play?

Dungeons of Dredmor is probably the best actual rogue-like game on the market; at least in the sense its most like the old games. It's pretty solid, but inventory management is kind of a pain in the dick and gets pretty tedious. FTL is very, very good but is only really "rogue-like" in the...

Time Magazines' top 50 video games of all time

Yea uhh, I have problems with this list (shocking!). Tomb Raider deserves to be nowhere on there; it was good, but nothing spectacular or really memorable. It's on there over Last of Us?
