Nothing that he hasnt said previously. "Weeks", however they will announce if it does or does not go through. They already have multiple targets for aquisition if the deal doesn't go through. Doesn't exactly sound bullish either.

I genuinely do not get the NVDA (TSLA before it) price spike on split announcements. There is no fundamental or value change. Retail can always buy fractional shares.. so why the price spike!??

Only thing that seems odd for the Bloomberg deal is, its been held up for "complexities that Ackman have been solving on their behalf" (per his WSJ interview). Bloomberg seems like it would be a pretty straightforward deal to me. Stripe / Plaid has complexities, Starlink has complexities .. I...

nvm .. it was a Fox Business article claiming insider info on PSTH & Bloomberg. I missed it was dated October last year. Could still be relevant info though, as Ackman said they've been in talks with a target since Nov.

Coinbase (COIN) down 10.5%.

Bitcoin has hit buy support, then failed repeatedly. Just hit $30k and bounced again, but it is already down 1k from the bounce top.

COIN down 7% premarket. Day of reckoning.

34.5k flashed down.

Bitcoin dip buy was short lived. That 38k-36k spike down earlier was bought back up to 39k, but now right back at the lows dropping to 36k again. That margin selling is going to be a runaway soon. *Edit* just flushed down to ~35k level.

Bitcoin just spiked down from 38k-36k in one 5min candle. Its been bought back up for now, but that must have been one hell of a sell order.

Why on earth is RIDE up 25% today?

With Bill saying potentially "weeks" before a deal, it fired up a lot of enthusiasm and bullish sentiment. Just need to keep in mind, he said "weeks .. or we move to the next one". If this deal falls through, we are going to be right back to $22 or lower. Not sure he would announce when they...

Love watching premarket action sometimes. Nearly 4mil shares block trade on ABNB hit at 08:05am. That's a roughly $550m buy.
