I think the biggest issue they have moving forward is how to deal with Eleven and her powers. They dealt with that this season by splitting her up from the main group, but they can't really do that all the time.

The main benefit of doing PoF before HoT is the access to mounts. It's not huge, but it does make HoT a bit easier to navigate, and they are just fun to use. :)

Yeah there is no point to which server you’re on unless you WvW. I’m pretty sure guilds are cross servers.

You can see your server at the character select screen. I’m on Tarnished Coast. You can transfer server every 7 days. Cost varies depending on population of destination server for 500, 1000 and 1800 gems for medium, high and very high. Most server are high or very high.
