You should watch the Apex tourneys. They have a different style, not necessarily better but just really fast. Will be interesting to see the US and Euro teams against them this year in the official stuff.

I don't really particularly want to control the rest of the galaxy. When people attack me I usually gain a bit of territory, but one nearby civ I should be able to protectorize is constantly in a federation.

So without giving away any results, a Korean team played in an online tourney in the states a few days back and just got crushed. Same team is in the apex grand finals. I wonder if it is just that big of an adjustment going from 5 ping to 200 or if the american teams are just that good?
