Holy fuck you go away all day and the NFL finds ways to go even more crazy after that fucking Bradford trade. Which got even DUMBER. Not that they will win the SB, but how do they even get talked into making that 4th a conditional that could go up to a 3rd or a 2nd? (although if they actually...

Cleveland probably not upset by this trade. They own Eagles' 1st rounder next year and isn't Wentz still not fully recovered? Eagles could put up a pretty shitty season and Browns get a top 5 pick out of it.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Vikes pretty much just pulled their pants down to the rest of the league that they are in full "win now" mode...which is funny to say with Bradford as their presumptive starting QB.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Even with the time crunch on the year and the pressure to win now, Vikes should have given up a 3rd and a 4th at best. Well the Eagles will have a free 1st to play with next year I guess.

I just remember having seen her on that fucking teen show waaaaay back in the day and haven't really paid attention to any of her shows/films since. Just weird as fuck for her to be my age now and still looking that good.

Dez put up 31 catches on 74 targets for 401 yards and 3 TD's in 9 games last year. Although Romo QB'd in only 2 of those games I believe.

Compared to his career average, his last 10 games was a large deviation. But there wasn't a lot of balls that should have been picked off like they were bad throws. He also had some unlucky picks off poorly tipped balls by his receivers earlier in the year. Of course, given what he did...

I'll need your definition of a "lucky year". If he stays healthy this year, I'll be shocked if his numbers aren't again in the vicinity of 4,000 yards, 25+ TD's, or better. D will likely be middling though, and we don't have much of a running game, so some of those stats might be helped by that.

Not sure why that's a sucker bet, was talking with a friend today and I feel like the Skins' range this season is probably between 6-10 and 10-6. Tough schedule overall, but weak division.

They spent way too much time drawing it out getting Mike out early. Also the bs "everything is cool" scenario with his cellmate was a little much for me. But at least it's done. Louis' woman is smoking.

The Redskins were doing it for legit stars...but who were past their prime. The Giants are simply giving too much money by a little bit to guys who aren't old stalwarts, but players who will be in the league for awhile. They simply are giving them about a pay grade or two above where they...

Results may vary, but they were at least overpaying for guys who have had success (if not quite the level most of us would equate with the value of their contracts) in the NFL already, and not pinning hopes on a rookie who hasn't played a down of regular season football yet. So while I agree...

Honestly I think Turturro physically makes more sense for the role. While the other two might be stronger on screen presences, Turturro has a bit more of the every man look with a bit of frailty thrown in to sell it. I'm trying to picture the other 2 in the closing argument scene and with the...

I think the running game was hurt a whole lot more by having backup QB's in that teams didn't have to fear. I think even with Dez a big part of his success is not having a backup QB in that teams don't have to fear. See all of our posts prior that point out that to think Prescott is going to...

It all depends how real Prescott is I suppose. As good as Zeke looks, if there still is a major problem at QB without Romo, I don't see the rushing attack carrying everything. Without Romo last year, Dallas managed to score MORE than 20 points only 3 times (and never 30 or more). In each of...

7/10, all about John Turturro for me. Dude is just a great character actor. Agreed though that it didn't seem like there was a main character. I felt like it could have been a lot better but there were some pretty good episodes.

No romo and predicting 30+ for the Cowboys is extremely bold. Not saying it can't happen, but I would have to say all things being equal it's unlikely.

Yeah, I don't follow wrestling much anymore, but Miz is essentially some random dude who got cast on the Real World and somehow through charisma, hard work, and a little luck has turned himself into a mainstay in the WWE, made himself a convincing (if not exactly fear inspiring) heel WWE champ...

I guess we can debate on when his "peak" was, but I disagree. I think it was higher than pure game manager at it's peak. Hell he has a higher average yards passing/game for his career in the playoffs than Joe Flacco, Tony Romo, or Eli Manning does. Overall I'd agree his game has fallen to...

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Was pretty clear. His passing game (when it wasn't the complete dogshit it is now) never got as much credit as it should have back then, the focus was always shifted a little too much towards his running game.

He wants out of San Fran. Don't think this is the best way about doing it, but I still think he wants out and he's going to do what he can to get out. Pretty amazing he can go from absolutely single-handedly destroying Green Bay in the playoffs and being one missed PI call on 4th and goal from...

I can buy this as far as comparing him to the average black American, absolutely. I do think he's dealt with extra criticism (I mean, aside from all of the legit criticism his play over the last couple years has completely deserved) due to his background and image as a black QB. I just could...

The bigger question was whether they'd be long term icons, and many people had doubts (and were proven right). Grain of salt, Cousins and the offense looked rusty as shit against Buffalo's starting D. Torched the backups for 3 TD passes in the 2nd quarter, but far from a finished product overall. Still, plenty of reasons for optimism. Reed doing his usual job pretty much always getting open, and...
