You should be fine using my Ama with a meteor dragon or other 50% red resist as your leader. A Siren won't cut it for pure heal though unless you are maxxed out on level and +RCV - well I mean it won't outheal the boss, you'd need to rely on converting red orbs to hearts and matching to top up...

Voice of the Siren by miles - they both have similar drop rates for mermaids, but voice drops marine goblins, and you are going to need like 50 of those fuckers to skill up your mermaid anyway. Also voice gets regular 1.5x drop events, which increases chances of both mermaid and the goblins.

I don't know the hp of those offhand - if it's more than 8500 you have a chance, but bring some stones in case you get screwed on heal stones on the boss. A max skill siren makes this much less hazardous ( everyone should farm one of these - yes, even if you have a max level amaterasu heh ).
