Can you still do a melee-ish monk? I've seen a few monk builds but they kinda all look like ranged caster monks spamming shit from afar with Epiphany to sustain costs, and tbh I don't really care much about that.

The way they're describing it, it's for PvP, not PvE. It's basically a disable that also forces movement towards the taunter, though you take a bit of autoattack dmg in the process. I guess it'll have use for PvE too to make sure of who's getting it to maximize defensive cooldowns and such.
