Anyone ever tried deep frying in extra virgin olive oil? I've always heard that its smoke point is too low but if you google it you get 1000 articles saying that's a myth and you *can* deep fry with it.

Avocado oil or olive oil are about the best you can do for not breaking the bank in the "not a seed" oils. There's also lard and beef tallow but they're not pour-able oil so it takes a little adjustment. I believe they do work great for deep frying though.

DJI drones are hard to crash these days. You almost have to be trying to do it. I let an 8 year old fly mine and she had no trouble with it. I made her keep it above tree level but honestly I am pretty sure she could have brought it home and landed it if I had told her how.
