I've gotten some 90% of my experience from the capturing pokemon I don't have ten of and it seems pretty steady to where I'm at at level 41 or so. The XP bonus from capturing new pokemon scale with your level, but I don't know if it's a linear relationship.

The homeless encampment base is probably GOAT. Even with the 8 ore nodes and 5 coal nodes in my base I bet the pathing would be better with everything shoved inbetween the nodes instead of building a large building. I think tomorrow I'm going to move as much as possible out of my building.

Yeah I haven't looked anything up to find out what resources are like ore/wood/stone where you need a billion of them and what you could survive with a few hundred in any entire playthrough. I gotta imagine you could place 3 bases that are effective at gathering most resources.

Using the vertical sounds like a death trap for pals that will never do their job. Unless there's some way to coerce pals into rooms and never have them leave. Like a sweat shop.

Palworld Interactive Map | Map Genie lets you mark stuff off. Game reminds me a ton of satisfactory. Same engine, similar graphics. Also had a mechanic to collect things in the world.
