Pretty sure I've been constantly noting that Cousins is a turnover machine when he is asked to do too much or he panics (which is often)

Someone will, for the same reason we were just discussing why so many mediocre QB's get paid. He still has talent, if he could ever get past the rumored ego that he doesn't need to work on some stuff, he's probably still better than a lot of backups around the league. For all the hope 2 games...

Honestly if Griffin starts any games for any reason other than there aren't any healthy QB's on the current roster left, it's automatic shit show. They're literally keeping him inactive now that he's cleared from the concussion so they can cut him and save themselves from his 5th year option...

I believe the Cowboys can still win the division with Weeden (or Cassel if it comes to that) running the offense until Romo gets back, but it'll likely be with a final record of 10-6 or 9-7 (depending on when Romo/Dez get healthy).

Again you forget the original cliche we were discussing was Us Against the World, and that it was in reference to the Patriots. Then again you claimed this was the best Cowboys team ever, so it's no surprise.

Going with my extreme optimism here, what if the Skins put up a ton of rushing yards once again (160+), their D plays solid, and they come out with a fairly convincing win? At what point do they stop being a circus and be a team with a good D who can run that ball that will win more than 4...

I was saying that if the argument was that Brady didn't have mediocre teams to carry because he's had Moss/Gronk since 2007, why are we ignoring 2001-2006 when he had no player even close to that level to throw to.

I feel like some of their skill position players wish they had done better at it then. It also doesn't really change the debate about Brady having mediocre teams around him in those years before Moss got there. Aside from Brown having the 10th most receiving yards the year he cracked 1,000, no...

For what it's worth, they had quite the easy schedule that season that he got hurt. Also are you using Moss-Gronk years as your evidence for why Brady never carried a mediocre team? Not that those two aren't great/HoF at their position players...but that ignores the 3 Super Bowls he won...

Wilson's put up 457 yards (17th in the league), completing 71.8% of his passes (9th in the league) with 3 TD's and 2 picks against 2 pretty good teams (Rams front 7 on D are no joke). Granted it's only after 2 weeks, so hard to really get a gauge on things, but he's doing a little more than...

Obviously having a SB on the resume helps, but if a rookie was putting up 300+ 60%+ without throwing more picks than TD's I think most teams would be pretty damn happy with that. As to where they would rank without the resume to pad a ranking...well...QB play hasn't been that stellar across the...

Isn't this a good bit how Big Ben has made his living in the NFL? Turning broken plays into monster gains? I'm not knocking Ben as a QB either, guy can play, but I don't think it should be a negative to make plays out of the pocket on extended/broken plays. Romo much as I hate to admit it...

Basically what the label evolved into. Guys who weren't asked to throw the ball as much or make a lot of dangerous throws. The "good" ones at it would naturally have lower totals in each. I'm trying to think of "game managers" that have won SB's. Dilfer, maybe Brad Johnson qualifies with...

Those stats are sick. I will give Brady a nod with him being on pace for 6,000 yards and 56 TD's with 0 picks. Agreed on knowing fuckall right now too. A few things I think we can accurately guess at, but many others will change 2 or 3 more times before it's all settled.

Predictably not as good with only 13 touches compared to 31? Which point are you arguing here, that he gets paid to do nothing, or that we're going to only look at his numbers in his first game back in just under a year where they predictably would give him a lighter workload?
