I just started NG+ and kind of want to do a build around death magic using the prince of death's staff which scales both int and faith. But I have a feeling it's going to be too similar to my sorcery playthrough. But I cant fucking decide what else I want to do.

I dont know how it works in every state but here in CT what your neighbor is doing isnt legal. You arent allowed to charge a tenant more than their rental assistance and have them cover the difference. People do it anyway obviously but the fines are pretty large if you get caught

Almost every boss in this game can be bugged in various ways. Happened to me by chance on several fights where the boss would actually stop moving and attacking completely

I played around with Bloodhound's step. It's definitely an easy way to "git gud" since it makes it infinitely easier to dodge and reposition.

I have the opposite issue with the L3 dismounting. Half the time I go to use it so I can dismount it just doesn't goddamn work!

Except that, for the most part, the boss versions of those mobs in the early game tend to be easier than the goddamn "trash mob" versions of them you run into later in the game.

Question about NG+ for those who have done it. I know you keep a bunch of stuff like talismans, armor, upgraded weapons, rememberances, etc. But do you also keep ashes of war and the tear seals from the Erdtree avatars?

The mechanics are literally exactly the same, right down to how Geralt swings his sword while mounted in both quick and strong attacks. As I said... the only difference is the responsiveness in ER.

The mechanics are exactly the same (except double jump), even the animations look the same. Elden Ring is just more responsive. It's kind of like Roach and Geralt lost 40 pounds and started training for the Olympics.

And then there's Carian Retaliation: "Swing your staff to dispel incoming sorceries and incantations, using their power to retaliate with Glintblades" Man, kinda sad I never found these during my playthrough. Would have liked to test that out to see if its as OP against caster bosses as it sounds.

So Im going around collecting all the sorceries I missed and there are a few that seem very interesting that I haven't people talk about or use much yet. Things like Night Maiden's Mist which leaves an area of effect DoT for quite a while and does pretty good damage if you can lock a target...

So, I wanted to try some Lightning builds out but I missed the Sanctified Whetblade before I burned the tree and apparently its gone until NG+ now. Why do you do this to me From Software?!
