Slow day so far but looks like we got our first halt for GME and its a halt up, this thing is a fucking soap opera. AMC dropped back down to 4.6. Everything else is looking pretty flat as far as spacs
The difference between AMC and GME is AMC is still somewhat of a company that got screwed by covid meanwhile GME is a dead market that has shown no signs of restructuring outside of hiring a new CEO
So BTNB won't have any units or warrants, it's going pure commons right out the gate. Will be interesting to see how this affects it, but I suspect this will cause it to go up in price quite quickly.
I avoid reddit completely, I get all my spac info from a few twitter accounts that I've watched for good info while pruning out the rest, combined with the spac tracker and doing my own searching on the spac teams
The shorts have little ground to stand on. What's their arguement, that they were making money on companies stock prices going down and someone took their profits from them? People already hate shorts as it is
Might as well make it useful for something, and being a CEO would play to their attention whoring
Recap for the day, GME was able to stem the bleeding to the 70-80 range and AMC held 4.5 all day
The 27th Biden is supposed to be announcing plans for climate change EO's, so expect another jump on EV and clean energy plays. I already have some STPK and RMO and plan to buy back into NGA. This dips today only makes it more attractive to do so.
Anyone not a short seller buying GME deserves what they get at this point, they had plenty of time to grab their profit and run, and anyone coming now to try and grab some profit is a day late and a dollar short
