Everything I've read shows that being at best a linear move. 4k is usually GPU bound not CPU.

heads up looks like Steam has a big sale on RPG's that look right up your alley. Lots of the old gold box games as well. If you try one of those keep in mind that QOL was not part of the code and get some graph paper.

I have no idea WTF the skips mean. If that means jump in the air and bash both swords into the mobs head, yes 100% I did that.

Slight derail but I used to have an electrician that worked for me that was color blind. For reference, all the wiring is color coded. I would take him to the panels and show him 'this bundle is white, this bundle is black/red/etc'. He made up all my panels; correctly.

This is the way! That's been my playstyle pretty much. Spam L1 the AoE spell on one of my colossus greatswords until the mob gets close enough to smack with both colossus greatswords (L2). Laugh , rinse , repeat when I die.

(Poor) attempt at humor - all PC's were beige at the time. I too am envious that you are experiencing these for the 1st time. Don't let the outdated graphics get you down, these are some fine ass games.
