I used a mod for increasing buff duration just to avoid that in Kingmaker. In wrath though, enduring and greater enduring spells should resolve that 100%.
I don't know anything about LoL or it's lore, nor do I give a fuck.
This was great regardless.
I'd watch it for the art alone, even if everything else sucked. Everything else is also top notch though - voice acting, story, animation.
Two thumbs up.
Bats with guns and lich princesses is where it's at for the OP original class builds.
If you have the DLC though, there's quite a few extremely strong monster builds possible to add some variety to life ;p
IMO Tennant was the better actor, but Smith had better supporting cast and scripts.
Which is mostly what hurt the last two - I don't think having Davies back in charge is going to matter much unless they find a replacement writer of Moffat's caliber, regardless of who is cast as the Doctor.
Quick shallow look at a bunch from author recommendations because the backlog was getting out of hand :

Seemed ok.

The Engrish is strong...
Yeah, this is more 'Signs' than 'Alien'. It's interpersonal drama with vaguely sci-fi things going on in the background.
I find it entertaining though, can't really say why.
In the tiniest of spoilers though, I find alien invasion significantly more plausible than anyone walking away from that...

Read all of this one today - it's really good. Given the author there's a 90% chance it gets abandoned unfinished, but I'd say it's well worth reading anyway given the first book just completed.
Book 2 did take a weird turn into political rants, mass murder and domestic terrorism yeah ;p
I still enjoy it, but you are right, it's not up to the standards of book 1.
Depends on difficulty and what you've got in the party to buff with. Heavy armor does get the shaft something fierce though, it really should come with innate DR or something like that.
If you are not the 'slowly creep up in stealth til you see mobs then spend 5 minutes buffing, save then...
Digging through the backlog a bit:

By the author of A Journey of Black and Red. I liked this one a lot more than journey, the once a week update schedule is a bit depressing though. The backstory is a bit weird, but seems isolated to...
I loved the Belgariad when I was 10, I am not sure how well they would hold up to a re-read though. The landscape is a lot more competitive now than it was in 1982.
This last ep was kind of eh. The lack of consistency in the zombies bugged me a bit as well - what is it ? Are they mindless brain eating zombies or are they are a coordinated team teleporting in and using high tech items in an intelligent fashion ? This changes from scene to scene for no...
Well, given the most prominent example of not doing that is GoT season 8, he probably went the right way there ;p
It's not like Sanderson's WoT books dragged on or anything either.
I realise this is probably rhetorical virtue signalling rather than a real question, but it's actually answered in the series. The one you are born with, even if you literally take over a completely different body of the opposite gender.
This pretty much - it wasn't the trailer or the show treatment that bridged the gap with other genre fans, it was the stories themselves. The white walkers are pretty much there as a backdrop to highlight how short-sighted their political bickering is.
The same is, in no way, true of Wheel of...
How did you actually kill anything at low levels ? I wouldn't have thought you had enough damage to solo anything ? At least I don't - I am probably doing something wrong, but once out of burning hands, spamming cantrips is slightly less effective than sternly worded letters.
Hmm, started up a hard Kingmaker game with a sorcerer main this time. Holy crap sorcs are worthless at low level, the first archer I ran across in the prologue won initiative then insta-killed me with a crit, good start 8)
Also fun times having entire team standing around some dog or kobold...
I loved the satirical absurdist humor of SR3. Right from the opening scene where you take an embedded reporter along on a bank robbery wearing giant bobblehead masks of yourself.
The trailer for SR5 was interesting, but not funny in any way, so I'll reserve judgement for now I think.
This is my pick for the most CW show that is not on the CW.
I like it though - it's not high art, but the premise and world building are pretty original, most of the characters are pretty easy on the eyes, and the effects are not bad.
Yes and no. Peggy isn't portrayed as any better than Cap, it's pretty much the same character arc. For most of the second one, T'Challa is presented as so much more awesome than original Starlord that it is actually kind of grating. The end suggests that he gets the galaxy destroyed by Ego...
Yes, the Aiel are the whitest of the whities in WoT, which is what makes Rand stand out in two rivers, who all have darker eyes, hair and skin.
I think most of the legitimate confusion is from Darryl Sweet's cover art.
Maybe ? They might have assumed that people would think Starlord-Jesus would deal with it somehow instead of Ego and the original eating the galaxy.
It doesn't seem very likely though on a logical basis - how would they even know anything had happened until Ego was spread across half the...
I have mixed feelings on the first one. Good art, animation and action, saturday-morning cartoon level cringe on the dialogue. The voice-acting was pretty mixed too, the only one I thought was putting a decent effort in was the Red Skull.
Deliberately ramming an oncoming truck and then being...
I mean, that's the entire fucking point of the whole civ genre ? Or did you always play civ as USA and reeeeeeeeeee about sjw microaggressions whenever any other faction built one of 'your' monuments ?
Caught up to this - I can see why you'd be upset, but I am a little surprised you didn't see that coming, the author really has a pretty abyssmal track record in that area ;p
