Starting at around level 35 it's gonna be 45 mins to an hour or more per level all the way until 90. Once you hit 90 it gets much faster if you have Pathfinder (WoD + Legion Flying) and know the bonus objective/treasure collecting leveling paths.

Just finished the second season of Nanatsu no Taizai. Not very good. The fight scenes are awesome in that show but everything else is all over the place. The story makes no sense and jumps from episode to episode in nonsensical ways. Still worth watching just for the fights though.

You're going to need to figure out what your net carb limit is for staying in ketosis. Everyone is different. Some people can't eat more than 20g per day without kicking themselves out of ketosis. Some people can eat 80g+ without ever getting close. As for the beer, especially craft beer...
