Setting up new desk over the weekend and this happened. Guess I'm looking for a new main gaming monitor now. This was a good monitor but the BS needed (for the most part) to get games to work using the whole monitor wasn't worth the effort. I think I'm going with a decent fast 4K monitor next.

OK but it's geeky. In the US, houses/apartments are 120/240V/60hz and some apartments are 120/208V/60hz. What that means is your house panel has 2 hot legs. The voltage between one of those legs is 120V and the voltage between them both is 240 or 208. The tanning bed I mentioned uses 230V only...

Started a re-read of the main 10 in October and finished today. It was better the second time around for sure. Even though it's been 10+ years since I read them, it made more sense now. For my next book ....something shorter for sure! But at 9,630 pages that's an easy bar to jump!

I'm really digging it on a 1st gen PS4. I'm looking forward to playing it with everything turned on in the future on my PC. Hopefully it won't take 3+ years this time.

just did MSFS 2020 in VR w/ a Quest 2 and it was amazing. Not as amazing as the Space Explorers movies (#3 fave) but amazing none the less. Highly recommend.

Ditto! I started TGINW half heartedly, wound up inhaling the damn thing and immediately started a re-read of the main 10. That was mid October, I just started book 7 this morning.

I recently read somewhere that GoTM was written 10 or so years before 2-10 which could explain why. It was actually about why tellan cancelled magic in the first book but didn't in any of the others. Also if that is considered a spoiler please have amod kill this.
