Not sure what you mean by this. Are there situations where houses aren't appraised during a purchase? Short-sales and such can often times be sold "as is", meaning there will be no concessions made due to findings during an inspection but there is still usually an appraisal isn't there?

Just got 1-60 on SW cosmic prestige in 3 hours of buff time. Got an hour left and Iceman is up next. I shoulda done Iceman first though. SW is the easiest char ever to level and Iceman is just gonna feel kinda slow without a teleport.

Man why do they need to be in there for 72 hours? You can get delicious, fall apart short ribs in the oven in like 4 hours if you braise them properly.

Don't know if these were mentioned yet but: Gleaming the Cube Rad Little Monsters Mac and me Secret of NIMH Pete's Dragon D.A.R.Y.L. and Flight of the Navigator were probably my 2 favorite movies as a kid though. I used to watch those at least once a week.

That's exactly how season 1 was written too. There wasn't a single "decent" person on that main cast. I'm pretty sure that's the formula for this show.
