    You sure they are 5lb+ because that's a big fucking chicken. The one's at Sam's for $4.99 are pretty big too but they are around 3.5lbs (according to the price tag). I mean, they are quite a bit larger than the ones you can get at a place like Stop and Shop but they aren't 5lbs.

    Something that doesn't quite make sense to me is that I can get fully cooked rotisserie chickens for 1.66/lb at Sam's club but the packaged, raw whole chickens are like 1.78/lb. If I lived closer to Sam's I would buy one of those 3-4 times a week.
