BV has always been a good leveling skill in my experience. It really takes off once you get spell echo as well. With only 10 stacks though I'd add in etheral knives or blade fall since maintaining stacks will be easier allowing you to use other skills.

Proofing bread can vary depending on a lot of things including your ambient temp, humidity, etc. Either add a touch more yeast or adjust your proofing times. Maybe even cut back on the preproofing process a little. If you preproof too much all the yeast can be used up, run out of sugar, etc.

Armor has a weird formula where with large hits it no longer reduces based on a percent. So that percent physical reduction you see in your character screen isn't very accurate. Armor will never mitigate more than its value divided by 10. The 4% physical reduction from endurance charges however...
