Yea I collect every treasure chest I see and kill most rares I see as well (I think they give war resources the first time you kill them?). I'm at 7200 resources at the moment. I also only send out rep missions and missions for the new stat runes.

WA was updated a few days ago and the template functionality was improved quite a bit, including default templates to show spell buffs when the buff is active and cooldown when it is not. If you can't get it working I'd update and re-create from template.

It's ridiculously rare. I ran around for 2 hours this morning on my druids ranking up their herbalism and trying to find good routes and only found 4 spawns of it.
