all the pills are drugs. The drug pill would let you use ALL of them, at any time. Why pick 3 with drawbacks, when you can have all 10 with no drawbacks. Instant combustion of taking more then 3, would be a drawback. again, the drug pill expressly states it would let you use all of them.
