If you mean scatter, you're meant to not shoot it at people. It's on a cooldown and you have to aim properly to one shot. No other arrow bounces. Only other one shot he does is with headshots, and that requires some aiming, or luck with people running into them.

Yeah you can crit crafting results. I often get more than I make. Like for example get 6polished granites instead of 5 or get 9 food instead of 5. It's not like super common but can happen and if you make moonwater stones everyday eventually you'll get 11.

It's only 1 out of 3 stats though. But you also have 3 rolls for each stat. Takes a while to get a near perfect soulshield, but not a huge difference(other than perfect pieces you can spend money to infuse them to cap, giving about twice as much crit as the shitty infuses with green blackram crit).
