It's because it's an OTC penny stock. Fidelity limits certain OTC's if they don't meet certain requirements. Probably for the best if thats the case.

That'll depend on their target. The target is the difference between a spac jumping from 11 to 15 or from 11 to 25+

There's supposed to be an announcement this quarter, so selling right now is selling at your own risk to miss the announcement IMO
