In the volcano area there's a bunch of guards after you climb up the ladder that's just before the broken bridge. They're all kneeling and dont react until you're on top of them. Quick easy clear for 5k runes

I agree. The problem is the first rune with +5 everything would have been OP to get that early. Its even strong well into the end game. They should think about nerfing them and making them passive

Stagger is when they get interrupted just briefly, stance break is when you hear that special noise and they fall on the ground.

Taking a break from my main play through to try a str 2h build. Knocking down and stance breaking things left and right, feels good man.

No reason not to give the beastial sanctum guy death root, its the only thing its good for.

You can't tank or block her laser beam and last the whole fight, just need to dodge it. There's definitely a +1 spelldrake talisman in 1st play through, but I forget where I got it.

I found a rusty anchor and brick hammer early on that look like decent smashy weapons, the brick hammer starts at B str scaling. Found the hammer in stormveil and the anchor somewhere in the weeping peninsula from those creepy looking dudes with wings.
