you watch your mouth!
hehe the delayed gratification. The act/work of making it isn't "fun" in the same way golf is, but the realization of money in the bank at the end of the process IS 100% fun.
wait are you saying you don't want $6T more in govt spending?!?!?!
making money in finance (or most fields) is typically boring. unless you are a streamer or a pornstar!
start with the basics and once you get comfortable with all the moving parts try to look at more specific examples and maybe some real "wins" or "losses" you can find on the internet
EDIT - just go read @Blazin option thread first page.

If you are buying them-
call you make money when the price is above your strike (+cost).
put you make money when the price is below your strike (+cost).
You and your wife just make random meme stock investments without discussing or are y'all just ballin like that?
Should have held out because some random anonymous person on discord said its going to $100!!!!
he's been saying he was for a while now, for whatever reason, and DOGE has been one of the top searched coins since the meme craze because all the kids own it if you believe the infographs.
DOGE is just a version of BTC with a dog on it.It's dumb because you can just create a new crypto with...
To be honest when I saw his 13F the other week I thought I was misreading due to the amount of AAPL. (it's unchanged I just wasn't ever aware it was that crazy!)
He seems pretty engaged in the stuff past the "surface" level of crypto, he's in to the L2 stuff. who knows if it's good per se in any timeframe. I would take him over any of the semi-anonymous hedge fund guys.
but I do think the market needs to grow up a bit and stop reacting to literally...
That isn't what I said at all. but if he's always been a crypto guy why the about face on the environment? That would be confirming he willy nilly spent $1.5b in TSLA money on shit he doesn't understand. which you are literally saying is not the case. that would make no sense. i guess you are...
You guys don't think it's coincidental that this is after they have amassed $1b+ positions in BTC that they NOW care about the coins and their origins?
Do we think Musk did not understand where BTC comes from PRIOR to the TSLA purchase?
Where did the bad for environment stuff come from again...
I think the requirement to book profits starts at a 147 IQ, sorry you just missed out.
this is a thing. Like i’ve mentioned everything lately has been super smelly. Too much collaboration and similar speak coming from the government and the ultra rich. I’m sure some around here longer in the...
then we have this clown:
trying to tag crypto from "sustainable" sources. There has been some serious private entity + government + institutional collaboration going on behind the scenes in the past past few weeks/months. (of course longer but more easy to identify lately)
This is just a cartel. Simple as that. Anyone for this might as well just hand your money to the institutions and burn your house down.
I think this type of stuff will lead people AWAY from BTC.
They are all coming around...

@Sanrith Descartes or anyone
What should I do with my "normal" 401k right now? I realized I left 10% in SPHIX bonds and need to make changes.
I was 40% VFIAX, 25% RGAGX, 10% VSMAX, 5% VGSLX, 5% VTIAX, 5% VTRIX, and the bonds.
bulls and bears always clash and people are people. if you are taking any 3rd party information / what a random person says as the gospel and not doing your own research or introducing your own questions to the matter then shame on you.
y'all just need to stop being so salty
Seems to be missing the point of crypto in general like many articles I read.
It's not necessarily a commodity, it is the groundwork and basis for a decentralized financial system of which the exact value and scope is yet to be determined. The main point of the article in comparison to gold...
