I don't use smartcasting. I just hold shift when I want to smartcast a spell. Playing mmo's for so long has made holding shift to use an ability second nature for me.

I've denied a number of pentas, but I've also had them denied from me. Close to 2000 normal games played, several hundred ranked over the past couple of yeara. I only have one penta, and it was a glorious moment as Ez.
