You can injure yourself doing anything if you're being stupid. Crossfit probably requires more awareness of your own limitations than other forms of exercise, but it is not inherently more dangerous for intelligent/aware people.

Most "addiction" can be explained that way. The only addictions I personally recognize as a thing are chemical (like meth, and maybe cigarettes?). Past that, it's just idiots who can't manage their time/actions.

I think some of the gimmicks were cool. They went overboard though, as new-Blizzard seems to do so often, and made every mission include something.Somemissions that are just "build up and crush your enemy" are kind of required for an RTS campaign, IMO.
