For what it's worth I've got an i5-3570k @ 4.2ghz OC & a GTX660 with 16gb ram. I didn't have any performance issues. The game actually ran fantastic. That said I didn't hit level 10 either so I may not have got to some of the later areas that had not yet received polish passes.
