    Starfield - Fallout fallout that isn't ES6

I wouldn’t be half surprised if they pull a Fallout 3 and a DLC redoes the ending lol

He 100% has some long game in mind. On a side note, wtf is with Marrack? Gets slashed then turns into dark mist

Ya settlements in FO4 didn’t have great usage beyond having connected storage for crafting really, so it was mostly to have fun building stuff At least in Starfield there is a bit more directed usage: make money and customize your ship

Some of the junk loot can be valuable. The antique stuff usually sells for around 300-500 per without the barter skill and usually doesn’t weigh a lot. Depending on how you resolve the generation ship questline, you can get a decent supply of antique stuff to sell

Bethesda has no reason for Fallout to become less post apocalyptic, which is why almost every game inevitably ends with the advanced factions either being the bad guys or relegated to some status quo standing When Fallout 5 comes out, you just know they’ll go with Institute was destroyed and...

Base building in FO4 was fun. I made a flying starship base and a massive settlement using the gun storage trick to let me bypass the build limits.

    No Man's Sky

NMS and Starfield are different games/genres Starfield is an RPG with some exploration and base building elements NMS is a sandbox exploration/base building game with very little "crafted" story content It has also taken NMS over 5 years to add that stuff to the base game

If you go on the SF reddit, there are a bunch of cool designs. Some guy made the Planet Express ship, bunch of Star Wars or Mass Effect or Halo ships, some guy made a Battlestar Galactica, etc

I built a basic one, but it seems like a lot of the modules are locked behind the skill. One thing I am interested in is glitch builds. People have already figured out how to glitch-build ships so you can place parts of the ships in "illegal" spots to get cool designs.

    Ahsoka

That is why if episode 5 ends up being a "recap of the adventures of Anakin and Ashoka", it will be pretty helpful in getting the audience caught up if they aren't familiar with Clone Wars or Rebels very much

I think the biggest problem coming from BG3 to this is the story in BG3 is really strong from an intro perspective, so you get a bit of "culture shock" when you have a relatively weak opening. I know I felt the same, although eventually I got past that.

    Ahsoka

I do like Ray Stevenson’s character. Dude is a boss and was effectively overpowering Ashoka the whole time. He’s also pretty convincing in his arguments - doesn’t strike me as full dark side.

Not sure what you are watching. In real life, human embryos are essentially default female until around 7 weeks later or so, at which point the Y chromosome can be expressed and makes the embryo male. So if you had a cloning program and wanted to make a bunch of male and female clones, all...

Others mentioned scan uses E, but other tips 1) default range on scanner is really short - you practically have to be within like 10 meters for it to register. There is a skill tree that extends the range 2) Killing an enemy or harvesting a plant or mining an ore in scan mode will auto-scan...

They don't claim to be anything but a woman. The government basically did a "Let's make a a bunch of male and female clones of this person" as part of that secret program and modified the genetics as needed so the clone would grow into whatever sex they wanted the clone to be. You can even ask...

I came across one sorta - if you do the part time cop quest lines, one of them has you investigate a theft But there isn't anything "in your face" really or preachy. Even in the example I gave, it's just 2 miserable people

I’m purposely avoiding NG+ rush. I’ve heard some people say they regret doing it that way and it actually locks you out if some side stuff if you didn’t do it first time around

The parents thing is actually a semi decent trait and they money you send back is trivial. They just gave me a free starship. Nothing amazing, but it’s free lol I’m having fun with melee build. I’ve got a double damage on full health axe, so I usually just rush pirates and 1 shot them lol...

Speaking of piloting, came across my first ship I needed a higher skill in piloting to use. Was one of those Red Fleet ghost ships. Sucks you gotta invest so deeply in that skill to unlock that.

I was wondering about that - Shadowheart seemed like an outlier. You had to wait until act 3 to actually bang her. Everyone else is like "nice to meet you, let's fuck"

Ran across a shitty bug. So one of the modules you can put on your ship is an armory. Pretty cool thing that lets you display guns and suits. So I put the Grandma's Space Marine armor on one of the displays. Later on, I redid my ship a bit. I never deleted the Armory, I just had to move it...

On a side note, I had picked the trait where you have parents in the game and can visit them. They’ve given me some cool gifts, but i noticed their voices sounded super familiar. Pretty sure Tim Russ and Nana Visitor are voicing them, so basically your parents are Tuvok and Kira lol

Ok, a shitty movie idea made by a Greek dude and some pretentious people like it because it is "daring". Your point? If we want to play a game of "let's find an extreme example and use that to misrepresent an entire industry/ideology", that is a pretty easy game to play.

This type of view is honestly pretty funny. "Shit I don't like exists, so I would rather it all burn down than just ignore the shit I don't like or support stuff I like". This forum is a classic example of the stick in the bicycle wheel meme. "I hate Hollywood, I will pirate this movie" "This...

    Writers Guild Strike 2023

While I know it is popular to dunk on shitty shows, keep in mind good shows sometimes get the axe because of the strikes. The Terminator TV show got prematurely canceled in large part due to the writer strikes at the time That would also require they produce stuff that doesn't suck balls...
