The Fallout series has been excellent in terms of giving you a sandbox to explore, yes. The problem with doing this in an MMO is... well, try to imagine Borderlands with 500 people in each zone. 4 people is aggravating enough.

I tried TERA and Battlefield 2 on the G75, they were both fine at high settings. Mine had the 660M in it. If the one you buy has the 670M, even better.

Probably wouldn't be too hard to do. It would be more a question of how the themes work than the code. It should be fairly simple to put in something like "hide all off-topic comments" or "NO DERAIL" or whatever. The real question is: Why can't people not be dumbshits on every post?

It's downloading normally now. I think it got caught up on something and refused to get past that point until I deleted whatever it had half-downloaded. I seem to remember the updater dying with some strange error the first time I tried, but that's not a new thing, so I just tried to restart it...

So the only thing you haven't swapped is the motherboard at this point? I'd turn it on, switch to onboard video with the PCIE card still plugged in and use something like HWiNFO to check the PCIE voltage/status. If everything other than the PCIE works, that's a probable cause.

Keep in mind that they could just be saying this to allay concerns about their stability. A lot of other sites were affected today as well. I find it somewhat hard to believe that they were all suffering from "increased demand" at the same time.

I just put in an order at $115.42. Man, how far is this gonna fall today? Edit: Looks like it ended up stopping around $105. I jumped in and bought at $140 as my $115 order never went through (thanks to Mt.Gox's issues). It's back at $200 and climbing now.
