Sirus is around 70-75M HP, so is Shaper. Not sure on Maven or Conquerors. Very unlikely for all spikes in one set to hit a humanoid target. There's overlap for sure, just not sure what the average count is.

You can easily stack double that if you take advantage of not killing recently on abyss jewels. There's a Jugg Siege Ballista build based on that and those new boots. Siege Ballista kinda suck for clearing though.
