Amaz was playing Entomb Priest with 2x Thoughtsteal / 2x Curator... Ive been playing almost an identical deck. You never keep Thoughtsteal on the mulligan. It's to help with mid and late game matchups.

The Map does "draw a card". You spend 2 mana but by the time you draw map you're probably close to 10 mana and all of your priest cards are typically 6 or less mana, so easy to fit in minion+heal or lightbomb+heal afterwards. Map isn't a dead draw most of the time.

Regarding Tomb Pillager, I'm just glad I ended my review of this card with this: Seems like a lot of people were quick to overlook him. I didn't think he'd bring Miracle back but just the stats alone are insane for what's essentially a 3 mana card.

Taking Smite isn't free. You give up map pressure (TP) or kill pressure (Ignite). You sacrifice AP for an affect that is weaker than Luden's Echo. (100+10%AP) This shit is never going to a mid laner.

I kinda doubt that item is played on mid laners. Taking Smite was kinda fun during early Runeglaive, but did seem weaker overall. This item has less AP than the other AP items. Also, it's a cheaper jungle item than what's currently avail. Jungle items are 2650 gold.

I can't agree to that. Aggro decks don't care about 2 dmg per turn, and they are happy for you to cast a 2 mana spell that doesn't affect board. Absolutely terrible anti-aggro card.
