I went to school later than most. If you think a degree will bump up your earning potential AND you guys can swing it financially, I am in favor of graduating as early as possible. My wife struggled sometimes with how much time was taken up by my school and work but in the end it really paid off.

I setup some custom fan stuff, not too much different than it was already at. Will have to stress it later to see though.

Mine runs way hotter - 3900x + DH15 + Meshify C with 4 case fans. Gonna have to check my fan curves now...

That's not bad honestly, but changing your fan profile to cool the CPU should help

72C idle is absolutely insane. Mine idles at 39C and it's a 3900x which run hot

I think basing it off cpu temp will make them run a bit harder/faster, but since the CPU temp will always be hotter than ambient in the case it depends on your needs. If you think your CPU is running hot I'd do that.

Just Google your case and cooler choice for clearance issues. Sometimes you can get by with lo-pro ram. I didn't do that myself so one of my fans is an extra 120mm fan to fit. I use the DH15 cooler as stated previous. Also the stock wrath cooler is nice.
