I tried PoH with Slave Drivers...didn't find it that great. You lose out on frenzies from Victario's Charity, which is about equal the greater spell echo on PoH. PoH really only makes sense on Mana Guardian, and even then, they have strong synergies with Prism Guardian.

Does enemy takes increased projectile damage affect ignite or poison? I thought those damages were calculated from the base unmodified fire or phys/chaos damage.

My instinct is that anything bow related is going to be expensive just because of gear similarity. However, the patch notes did kinda anti-hype.

I think it will be fine. It won't be racer-level optimal, but I think the cliche of not starting bows is just that, especially if you know what you're doing.

Some of the buffs they teased at the bottom of the manifesto yesterday are meh. I'm pretty sure 3.8 Molten Strike does more damage than 3.9 Molten Strike due to the Point Blank changes. Arc and Soulrend changes might be interesting? At least they were mechanics changes and not straight damage.
