Been working through this flicker strike issue and I realized that for a lot of builds, the buffed boss hp means clearing and bossing skill setups are back. Gross. I hated that era of PoE. Power creeping past the necessity for a 4L to clear and 6L to boss was a good thing.

Divine Flesh, Incandescent Heart, and lots of endurance charges is likely the core of the tankiest build you can make. Building around that likely means minions or mines. I doubt nebuloch is the absolute best as it's relatively easy to 30k armor anyway.

Does that web app require a lot of configuration? Containers, and specifically yml files, are great for enforcing reliable configuration regardless of where it runs. Hardware dies? IT just needs to hand you a new machine that runs docker, that's it.
