are you in crane stance?... theres definitely more to do than auto attack. You should really go WW though until you hit nagrand, then change your loot spec to mistweaver so you'll be gearing towards that for when you hit lvl 100.

It's actually pretty entertaining, i healed heroic auch on my MW monk and managed to crane stance and out dps all 4 other players at the same time throughout the entire instance, it was kinda fun despite crane stance only being viable when you're 670 ilvl (in 5 mans) lol

Quake is very easy to heal through, it's when kids get stacks of blaze on them when it starts to get hard on the healers. If you position them properly you can avoid a lot of fire damage though

Just found the logs for this. Kargath is arms still, only 31k dps. Butcher is arms, only 29k dps. Brackenspore is 39k dps as arms. I also just noticed i pull 35k dps on pulls when fistweaving and we lust at the beginning, nice lol

Monk healers are very good, going on world of logs and seeing holy priests, holy paladins and resto druids on top of almost every mythic fight doesn't mean monks are bad by any means. Once people are in BRF gear who knows what will happen though
