They are full when they tell you "docking not allowed". I made the same mistake. Instead of waiting, I started only using the docks where you fly into the structure. No waiting on those and time spent waiting while doing trade runs is money lost.

I had a lot of random stuttering with Windows 7 that I don't see at all in 8.1.

I built a new PC last weekend and needed a new game to try things out on, so I picked this up for $40. Enjoying it so far, but one thing sticks out so far. I tried both Windows 7 and 8.1 last weekend and the game performs so much better on 8.1. The difference is night and day.

I have one of those 850 Evo drives coming tomorrow. I've milked every dollar out of my current PC (core2 duo). I picked up everything but a monitor and GPU for 800 bucks. The video card is the only thing I've upgraded in 5 years, so I'll keep that another few months or a year.
