Hmm, I wonder if that's more nuanced than it sounds. From that it sounds like, "Yeah even the things that pratically blow up won't have to be replaced for 10 missions at least.", with the suggestion that much of the rocket can be used indefinitely.
We did the tree boss 3x last night. It's really hard to avoid his attacks. His attack animations look like someone shaking a tree and every once in a while a branch falls off.
He also does this slam attack where he has this prolonged pre-attack animation, then attacks in a random direction...
The three boosters land independently??? That's awesome.
Have they ever said why they don't use a parachute at all? It just seems like it'd add so much stability and wouldn't weigh much.
I'd try to do both equally. Get your gear up to a decent level at 50 with whatever methods you have, then move to Mediah and level there. The wealth you generate at Sausan's and Elric's is pretty good.
Not to dissuade folks but BDO is especially grueling for PRX and other competitive guilds. It's all grind grind grind for levels and gear. In GW2 you could get BiS gear in a couple days. In ArcheAge generating wealth was more about running packs than raw grinding.
We're doing a lot of PvP but...
The pop in shouldn't be that bad. Got a video demonstrating pop in like you say? If you upload what you're seeing we may be able to tell you if that's normal or not.
I wonder if I could get a higher price for selling my CV1 preorder now vs selling it when I get it in hand...
It's also really amazing that both the VIVE and the Rift were released at roughly the same time. I wonder if the goofy Rift delays where a few thousand were sent out and then a 2-3...
Guild control (siege and node warfare) isn't in yet. The guild war system allows guilds to avoid karma loss from PvPing. It's less a war and more of a "Hey let's PvP for a bit until we get it out of our system and go back to leveling."
Right now the gear/level disparity is so high between...
Tonight we picked a fight and it turned into an all out war between PRX/T1/HOSTILE vs Gravity/Mango/Gatekeeper. Seems like a sample of the war to come.
I tried irfanview, got pissed off withDisabling dialog.and just figured out how to enable the old photo viewer. If want anything more than switching photos, zoom, pan I'll use gimp.
, .
The new photo viewer is a piece of crap. Luckily the old one was still left in as cruft and I could enable it by editing the registry.
I also figured out how to permanently disable windows defender. It's annoying it wasn't in the windows defender configuration but in some hell hole.
Things have been somewhat quiet this weekend for us. We made a change last week and took over one of the channels (ValenciaE1). It took a 6 hours PvP raid to take it over, but since then we haven't been challenged yet (but look forward to the inevitable challenges in the future). When a group...
Not sure what the justice system is like in India, but you know that if it's not totally corrupt heads are going to roll everywhere.
The building standards in India are terrible. They are building so fast, have a third world mindset and just give so few fucks.
scrum/agile stuff has had a tough go at my company. The people who try to push it are usually shit programmers who can't get anything done. Maybe there's a connection between shit programmers and people who try to find better process around programming.
The butthurt in the oculus community about not getting shipment info is incredible. Folks who have waited a lifetime for good VR are furious over a few days of no shipping info.
Wooly hears:
"Don't spam guild chat with drama, talk to an officer or use the forums to settle it."
And understands it as:
"dude, post this shit on the forum pronto because this is fucking bullshit man. I saw what happened, and you have to defend yourself."
People getting their CV1s now and a lot are joining Column in the underwhelmed category. Problems just seem so much more noticeable when it's not a dev kit that everyone expects to get better soon.
