No, it doesnt. Minecraft uses a coordinate system. Voxels is a tree based system. Minecraft uses a grid with xyz coords to keep track of the blocks. Voxels being tree based are dependent upon the other blocks in the tree to determine location. Manipulating the two systems is wildly different.

Minecraft does not use voxels. I agree that Minecraft does water fairly well. I assume water will function similarly but I also assume voxels present tougher challenges with implementation.

Hybrid pen is actually great on most ap champs. Even Bjergsen uses them on his Leblanc in LCS. I don't think you need full hybrid pen though, probably just Hybrid marks, that's how I have mine setup anyway.
