So.. what build are those rocking gryfalcon / jekangbord, using? I tried swapping to it after i found my gryfalcon last night but i don't really like how you virtually rely on holding left click and popping a couple cooldowns every ~15 seconds. Not having a real spender is suuuuper boring

Yeah theres definitely very little emphasis on oberyn being a badass. It's more likely that they actually wanted that contrast though, make the viewer think the mountain is going to easily win... then surprise them with his combat prowess then make the dying mountain mash his face into pulp.
