+1 for 970, it's what I use and runs FO4 at 60FPS with dograys to medium. Note that if you have to choose between a lower and higher amount of memory on the card, go higher if you care about modding.

Sneak seems like a skill that is useless at low levels and god-tier when you put enough perks into it + get enough gear. Watch out for chameleon gear making your pipboy invisible + blooming the world every time you stop, lol.

I'm finding VATS less and less useful. With some of the VATS perks and item mods I can see it being pretty strong, but right now it's marginally useful.
