Windows does some really stupid stuff from a development standpoint. How they handle code pages makes programming in windows a real headache once you have to go outside of the 1252 code page. I'd love if an open source windows meant some 3rd parties fixed a lot of what makes windows different...

I haven't played CI since they nerfed it a few patches ago. Doesn't seem that great for tankier builds because of lower sustain.

Is there any consideration to running gladiator this league as your "tanky" build? The amount of bursty spell damage in incursion seems like it would make it better at defense than Jugg or Champion. Bleed explosions would certainly help with clearing on a bossing character too.

Maybe not while leveling, but reave is definitely one of the best melee aoe skills in the endgame.

For clearing, both Molten Strike and Infernal Blow would use Ancestral Call. The range on those guys is actually going to represent most of your clear area. And for comparison's sake, it will obviously be the same for both skills. IB will splash, MS will shoot balls in a circle, these areas...

Details on L20 Infernal Blow were finally posted. Only change from the patch notes is that the "charged" debuff(main target only) deals 66% of damage, not base attack damage. So, if I understand this correctly, IB's single target damage is now 123% * 1.66? That works out to 205%, ~27%...
