The bows they added are a legit sneak attack weapon. If you get all the max rank bow perks (12 perception to equip them all), mr sandman, and sneak attack, you do a fuckton of damage. Combined with the Chinese stealth suit and you've got a pretty nice silent ranged attack setup.
