Friend bought this and hosted a Smash party last Saturday. We enjoyed it so much we got together again on Sunday. Really missed playing games together in person.
Wow I thought they were on bad terms honestly.
A buddy and I balled out for VIP tickets on this upcoming tour. Stoked to see Scenes in its entirety from 4th row center.
Naw the holiday party was Thursday. There was no banging. But there were like four different coworkers PUSHING for us to hookup. Because it's that obvious we're into each other.
Naw I'm sales and bring in revenue. Way less expendable especially on the solutions consulting side.
So I think I'm about to do something I never thought I'd do - ask someone out from work. I think I've already mentioned this chick in this thread and my obvious apprehension. But we are so close now that a number of people have already asked me what the deal is between us. It's pretty obvious...
So I'm going to be here in fucking January for work. But I've never been. Pretty much sounds like the only thing to do is eat. What about drinking? Good cocktail bars? Spots with live music? Jazz, funk, rock clubs of any sort?
I get that. The earlier seasons focus on drug lords who really escalated shit to the next level. Miguel is bound by the government because he never takes it to the next level. And in the first season we see Pablo bomb motherfuckers because they try to flex nuts.
I'm in a league with a bunch of fellow music fans and active concert goers. There's this terrible jam band where the last place person has to attend one of their shows and stay for the entirety. Thankfully I finished 11/12. Really gives you incentive to not throw in the towel even when your...
We moved offices due to the poop epidemic surrounding the previous one. It was embarrassing to invite clients over to an office with poop and heroin needles in the entryway. Sometimes a person actively shooting up. The Tenderloin is such a literal shitshow. It gets worse every year.
I lived there until I was 24 and lived downtown my final six years. Go back often and I'm really familiar with "the scene". It's actually a much cooler place than it was when I lived there. The downtown scene is great.
First - I can't recommend Knockback Nat's enough. Best fucking wings...
Yeah I think Potbelly is aight.
In other news, company just moved the office to a much better neighborhood and there are so many damn food options within a one block radius. Looking forward to eating my way through them all. Already found a dope deli run by a Chinese family. A sizable...
Only Obi Wan getting off'ed compares in any way. Who gives a fuck about a planet where we met absolutely zero of the people who live there? Zero emotional investment. Yoda just died because dude was old.
C'mon. You chose the most extreme example from the OG trilogy. Compared to Rogue One - the darkest of all the SW films. Where all the main characters die.
Aight I hear you on that. Thankfully most of those places don't last long around here. But there are a couple that survive by East Bay weekend people. Places that are more popular for their margarita menu than anything else.
I assume most people assume non-chain = hipster. The term "hipster" can mean almost anything anymore. Everyone has different definitions for it. Taco trucks and taquerias? Hipster. Ethnic fusion cuisine? Hipster. $13 cocktails? Hipster. $2 Tecates? Hipster.
