Anybody happen to have had the patcher erroring with "server is not responding"? My gf is having this issue so she cant even log in :/ Trying to look for a solution.. Wondering if getting somebody to upload the patch file via dropbox or something would work?

Yeah, I can confirm that reloading the game entirely fixed the "cannot load NA/EU servers" "error"

Im starting to think it has something to do with being full screen... playing in a 1600x900 window got rid of screen tearing.. i'll see in a min if i get spell effects now. edit: nope. still no spell effects, sighh. I'll see if i have this option set or something
