I haven't played it myself but I've heard pretty good things about the story/characters from people who've played it. This was a pretty big surprise announcement, may try and give the game a shot when I can.

The Nintendo conference was awful. Star Fox looked like a PS2 game. Iwata had to apologize for how shitty the digital event was lol. At this point it looks like Nintendo is just shoving out the last projects they have for WiiU before they announce NX next year.

Yeah, it might be almost impossible to go back to any rpg that has bullshit MMO-style kill/collect questing. I won't right off anything that has yet to come out yet heh, but for now this sets the standard.

Only real UI issue I had was the inventory and being unable to organize/sort shit. That coupled with the lag made it kinda annoying to scroll down to the potion/oil i wanted to use. The "loose" control of Geralt I just got used to I guess, it felt a little better after the latest patch on PS4.

Chiming in as I just finished it as well. Straight up one of the best games I've played(UI stuff aside). This pretty much ruins anything bethesda/bioware have put out, for me at least. And yeah, generally not a DLC person but will be buying whatever DLC comes out. Damn, what a game.

I just enjoy not having ran into any mindless MMO-style kill/collect quests. I guess you could argue the witcher contract quests are kill quests but at least I sometimes get the choice to spare the monster if i wanted to.

Dungeons and Dragons for me.

DanMachi just spent a little to much time on the harem hijinks for me, especially for a 13 episode show. Though the last few episodes have been alot better obviously. I do really enjoy it, just wish we got more dungeon stuff.

Shokugeki was so good, not sure how you guys can put DanMachi over it! (though I like that too)

PS4 version feels alot better after the patch, especially the camera. Inventory UI doesn't lag as horribly as it used to either. Very impressed how it all looks/runs now.

I parried all the NPC hunters, I think BSB is parriable.

Finishing up Novigrad myself and I think my only real complaints are the terrible inventory UI and controls could be slightly tighter(though I got used to it). Playing on PS4. Really been enjoying the story/characters so far, especially that Baron story.
