I like this philosophy a lot.

I mean beta raids are available for like two months every year and you can literally just spam them all day every day during that period. Guilds can come into an expansion having cleared its raids literally 100 times already before day 1 even begins. You can’t expect a challenge in that environment.

I mean even if they all quit who would believe them? "Yeah you're totally not there on a different character" - it would be hard to regain that trust.

It's true, but it's random which servers are up first and up last for this sort of thing so not explicitly corrupt but this is why you shouldn't have staff in top raiding guilds because it looks really bad when the top guild in the world has multiple current or former staff members in it.

I heard the server with the Dev guild had their live raids unlock 3-4 minutes early today and won the expansion clear by 1 minute. The gift that keeps on giving.

Na this guild is all just Faceless. We had a bit over 100 core guys, to include our whole leadership team in here that we trusted before we opened it up to new people. Most of these guys have been in multiple Faceless guilds over like the last 5-10 years.

If they do that they need to do a second Mischief server on the side imo. Mischief 2.0 will be bigger than the original, you can’t cram it all into one classic box.

Imagine they finally launch a PvP TLP but they do it alongside Mischief 2.0 lmaooo. Poor red players, can never catch a break.

I legitimately keep hearing rumors of a PvP server, and I had a reliable source that told us last year we almost got a PvP server but instead they went with Oakwynd so it seems plausible.

I don’t think people are prepared for what a Free Trade server looks like with the current state of MQ and fixed FTE. Raid mob spawns, and one person can just tag and leash it from the zone line with far taunt and then the mob is locked for 10-15 minutes? Griefing potential is off the charts...

If they're doing Mischief and something else they better have 3-4 servers ready because Mischief 2.0 will be bigger than Mischief 1.0 and this shit still has like 25 guilds on it 3 years later. Mischief+Selo combo is such a good idea and guaranteed homerun server that I struggle to believe it...

Going to be interesting to see what the plural is with “rulesets”. Maybe Rizlona? Or are they going to pile the best aspects of various servers? Selo exp, free trade, random loot?

An easy win would just be Free Trade, Double Loot, Double EXP, Truebox removed in Omens. Maybe a modified unlock schedule (6-8 weeks?) but that would just be icing.

Oakwynd had the Tradeskill Depot dupe right? So it had its own issues. Idk what krono is on Oak right now but iirc Mischief had krono prices of like 300k-ish in Luclin and PoP. @DickTrickle would probably remember better than I do. Mischief also had shorter classic and Kunark. It launched...

It was reported publicly and privately. It was largely met with ridicule publicly, just go to the official discord and search dupe, sort by oldest. People thought it was nonsense and insisted there was no dupe. Even in this thread a lot of folks insisted there wasn’t a dupe...

Suineg played in a bunch of guilds on Mischief but he didn’t use the name Suineg. I think his primary character was a Monk named Speshul but he was a quiet and low drama personality on Mischief (aside from the subject of the video ofc).

We had to specifically schedule the two episodes to record during the window when his son was at school and he was available.

Here’s the scoop on the major plat dupe that impacted Mischief, Mangler, Aradune, Thornblade and to a lesser extent FV and caused krono prices to skyrocket, especially on Mischief. The man behind the dupe was FoHs very own Suineg.
