I think we can all agree that having cards with flying actually float above the board is pretty awesome. How many times have you misplayed because of a flier?
I don't know if most people consider The Prodigy to be electronic, but this is one of my favorite songs and it really uses a ton more samples than they do on any of their more mainstream albums.
Xpander is just a fucking great song; it makes me happy every time I hear it. I think the pull of electronic music to me is that you can discover a song from 15 years ago that still sounds like it was produced yesterday. Here is another one of my absolute favorites.
Holy shit dude, I heard Xpander on some electronic DirecTV channel during a college party I threw in 1999. I went and bought the first CD that I saw with Sasha's name on it and it happened to be him and Digweed. That track is off Northern Exposure 2 and that was the CD that basically made me...
I saw on the forum that Draegan linked that one of the devs said two very interesting things:
1.) They will not be going after anyone trying to sell cards/account on eBay or forums
2.) There will be no wipe after beta.
Just finished it. Mind not blown. The twists were ok but they really did a disservice to this game by taking three separate great stories (Comstock's new world and religion, Vox Populi revolt, the twins scientific breakthroughs) and mushed them all into something that had too little exposition...
GRRM even gave us a lifeline to her original identity by making sure that when she was forced to get rid of all of her belongings she hid Needle instead of dumping it in the river. I take this as his way of saying that she will always be Arya deep down inside and that makes her an imperfect...
Love the subscription because it puts 4 boosters per month at $1 per pack. That price will make me sub and keep buying packs. It is crazy that WOTC never caught on to how big this could be.
You are correct. Amazon does not charge whatever form of payment you use until the Kickstarter project is succesfully funded AND the pledge timer hits 0.
Talk about a tale of two backcourts. On one side you have tremendous defense, scoring ability, and rebounding from Randolph and Gasol. On the other side you have Ibaka who has 0 actual post moves, cannot dunk over a defender, and really plays weak on-ball defense; and Perkins who has no...
Looks like these guys finally wised up and went to Kickstarter; I don't think that they will be able to gain the momentum they need after bungling the start of the campaign so badly.

First few stretch goals are up. The 540k goal that gives you ability to buy a regular booster and have it be a Primal Pack (all rare or legendary cards) and then the ability to sell/trade those on the market sounds pretty damn cool. I also like that each Primal Pack has a treasure chest that...
I don't know how many of you have seen the Hex TCG Kickstarter thread but I think it i worth posting to this audience.

Isn't what this forum is about? Instead of debating about preordering for $60 and then $15 a month and wondeing if they will be able to churn out content to satisfy everyone we are talking about the most value out their system for an online TCG.
I totally understand where you are coming from, but these guys have a chance to catch lightining in a bottle if their game turns out to be half as good as MTG. MTGO is fun to play a game on, but everything else about the interface, community, and trading was complete dogshit. A game built from...
Goddamnit, I just went from $35 to the Pro Player Tier. If the free draft tourney every week is only 3 packs that is then that is $300 worth of packs even if you don't win a single one of them. As someone who spent north of $300 off and on in MTGO booster drafts this one is an absolute no brainer.
Funded. I cannot wait to see what the stretch goals are. If they add bonuses to the accounts that will never be replicated then I will be in for a $250+ just so I can sell it for a grand or more when I get tired of playing.
Goodnight, young prince.
In all seriousness, the original Clash of the Titans was a defining movie in my childhood. I will never forget Ray nor the creatures he brought to life.
No problem! I want it to succeed just to see what they come up with; like I said, it's just 10 bucks and even if the game turns out to be crappy they might just stumble upon some really excellent ideas that just make the other games we all play that much better.
Ha, they indirectly answered that in one of the other ones:
What happens if you do not reach your goal?
Our financial goal is a flexible one, and Precursor Games is committed to creating Shadow of the Eternals. All contributions will go directly towards the development of this game and...
Yea, the really missed the boat here. One, they aren't using Kickstarter so they won't get all that free KS synergy money. Secondly they priced themselves out of a ton of backers by offering the full game (entire season 1) for the cost of a AAA title. Kickstarter works for the vast majority...
I thought I'd post this kickstarter for those that are interested in single player RPGs. They seem to have some interesting concepts about how their game will progress. The fact that it just drops you into the world and you have to discover how to survive sounds pretty awesome. I've done...
How the fuck did I fuck that up? When I typed N64 my mind weasclearly picturing that little blue cube since the game we always took out to pop ED in was Super Smash Bros Melee.
Survival horror game for the N64. Very basic plot about a young woman that comes to her grandfathers mansion to find out why he disappeared. It turns into a journy through the mansion's history from the POV of about 8 different characters throughout time as they try to prevent one of three...
Shit yes ladies. I've been waiting a decade for another one of these.

Side note: Best part about casting max powered spells? PARGON PARGON PARGON PARGON.
I thought we no longer lived in a world where there was an original theatrical release of Aliens? The two I watched on TV both had the extra scenes. I also don't think Aliens is better than Alien in the slightest; I think that one is a horror movie set in space and the other is a sci-fi action...
It's Aliens, hands down. Back on FOH I said that I could watch that movie time and again and never get tired of it and that was put to the test again last weekend. It turned up on two different channels at two different times on Sunday and guess who watched it both times? For some reason I...
Yea, I saw it this morning and backed it. I like their idea of randomly generated worlds that have randomly generated modules (quests, factions, motivations, etc.) within them. I am surprised no larger studio had thought of it before.
Yep, I totally forgot this was coming out a few weeks ago and thought to myself "I should go play Shadowrun on the emulator so I can grind out a few more karma in the junkyard before the arena fights." Then I remembered this was coming out and decided to play through SNES Shadowrun again...
